All values month
A one-month challenge: recognize every company value at least once. It brings back the values your team forgets and shows that each one matters.

Why it works
In most teams, one or two values get almost all the recognition, usually the ones that are easiest to see, like teamwork or speed. Others quietly fade, even though people live them every day.
A light challenge to cover all values makes people look for different kinds of contribution. It also shows which values are hard to recognize, and that's useful to know.
How to run it
- Announce the challenge. At the start of the month, list your company values and invite everyone to recognize each one at least once.
- Give a hint for each value. Add one short example per value, so people know what to look for.
- Share progress mid-month. Post which values got the most recognition and which ones still need some.
- Wrap up. At the end of the month, share one great example for every value.
- Repeat once a quarter. It works best as a regular check-in, not every month.

How to measure
In Culture analytics, compare the start and the end of the month:
- how karma is spread across your values;
- which value received the least recognition, and whether it grew;
- how many people recognized more than one value.

Common mistakes
- Turning it into a checklist. The goal is to notice real moments, not to tick boxes.
- No examples in the launch post. Without them, people default to the values they already use.
- Ignoring the least recognized value. It's a signal worth discussing with the team.
Frequently asked questions
What if one value gets no recognition at all?
Talk about it with the team. Maybe it's unclear what it means, or it doesn't fit your work. Both are useful to know.
How is this different from One value month?
One value month goes deep on one value. All values month checks the balance between all of them.
